PAYMENTS AND PRICING
Cost:
Our rate is $42/hour per cleaner (+GST) for residential (reg), vacation rentals and commercial cleans.
***There is a 2 hour minimum for these cleans.
Our rate is $60/hour per cleaner (+GST) for deep cleans and move in/move out cleans.
***There is a 5 hour minimum for these cleans.
There will be a travel fee for clients over a 30 mins drive from Nanaimo.
Initial Cleans:
The first clean will almost always take longer than normal. We typically schedule a 4 hour clean to start, however, if you have a big home, please note that everything may not get done! Things you would like done will be documented and relayed to your cleaner prior to their visit. They will do their best to get everything on your wish list done, however if things don’t get completed, they will be done for you the next visit.
Quotes:
Quotes are mandatory before any clean and are completely free of charge. A quote is an assessment done to determine the state of a home and an approximate time frame for a clean. Upon these quotes, please be aware that the service that you request, may be denied. This would be in a circumstance that applies under our “We DO NOT clean list” provided above.
Payments:
Payment can be made via:
Cash upon cleaning day
Card payments on Square Mobile upon cleaning day
E-transfers can be sent to the following email: cleanslatenanaimo@gmail.com
Cheques can be made out to Emily Michelle or Clean Slate Cleaning
Invoices will be sent out within 48 hours of the clean. Payments must be made within 5 days of receiving the invoice. If not paid before the end of the 5 days at midnight, a 10% late fee will be added to the initial total charge.
