PAYMENTS AND PRICING
Cost:
For residential (reg), vacation rentals, and commercial cleans, our rate is $42/hour per cleaner (+GST).
For deep cleans and move in/move out cleans, our rate is $60/hour per cleaner (+GST).
There will be a travel fee of $10 for clients in the Nanoose/Parksville area, and a $20 travel fee for those residing in the Qualicum area.
Initial Cleans:
The first clean will almost always take longer than regular cleans. We typically schedule a 2hr/2 cleaner slot for this, however, if you have a big home, please note that everything may not get done! Highest priorities will be relayed to your cleaner prior to their visit. They will do their best to get everything on your list done, however if things don’t get completed, they will be completed for you the next visit.
Quotes:
Quotes are done via request before any clean and are completely free of charge. A quote is an assessment done to determine the state of a home, a price range, and an approximate time frame for a clean. Upon these quotes, please be aware that the service you request may be denied if it surpasses our limits. *This would be a circumstance that applies under our “We DO NOT clean list” provided under the “Policy Agreement” tab.
Payments:
Payment can be made via:
Visa, MasterCard, Debit, or Amex card payments on Square Mobile upon cleaning day (tap accepted)
E-transfers can be sent to the following email: cleanslatenanaimo@gmail.com
Cheques can be made out to Emily Michelle or Clean Slate Cleaning
Cash upon cleaning day
Invoices will be sent out within 48 hours of the clean. Payments must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. If not paid before the end of the 30 days at midnight, a 10% late fee will be added to the initial total charge.
